Q.	Do I need to bring my confirmation card to the Rally?
A.	Yes; it will make processing your registration and receiving your Rally packet quick and easy, allowing you more time for the activities and to enjoy the Rally experience.
Q.	Who can attend the Rally?
A.	The Arkansas State Rally is a private event held for registered members of the Harley Owners Group (HOG), within the confines of the Fort Smith Convention Center (FSCC) Exhibition Halls. Each member (Full or Associate) may bring ONE guest.
Q.	Do you have to own a Harley- Davidson motorcycle to attend the Rally?
A.	You must be a National H.O.G. member or the guest of National H.O.G. member AND registered for the Arkansas State Rally to attend the Rally. Registerd attendees may only participate on Harley-Davidson or Buell motorcycles in the Bike events/games and Bike Show.
Q.	What happens if I lose my confirmation card?
A.	As long as you have your National H.O.G. membership card/and or a photo I.D., the registration staff will be able to verify your pre-registration.
Q.	What if I renewed my H.O.G. membership but I have not received an updated membership card in time for the Rally?
A.	Not to worry, bring your expired H.O.G. card and a photo I.D. with you and we will verify your membership and /or renewal through our registration process.
Q.	Does everyone need to wear a wristband?
A.	Yes. A wristband is required to enter the Rally site. All members and guests MUST wear a wristband. NOTE: The wristband must be put on the attendee's wrist at Registration. We are not allowed to give someone a wristband for someone else who is not physically at the Registration desk. This is all necessary to satisfy insurance requirements.
Q.	If I own a Harley-Davidson or Buell motorcycle can I attend the Arkansas State Rally?
A.	In order to attend the rally you must be a member of National H.O.G or B.R.A.G. We can sign you up at our National Membership table in the Registration Venue. Simply bring proof of ownership (such as a copy of your insurance card with your motorcycle's VIN). Annual membership is $45 for HOG or BRAG. After you join, you can then register for the rally ($45), which will entitle you to all rally activities, plus a load of benefits that you'll learn about.
